Jim Jordan....a major disappointment since his early days in the Freedom Caucus....should know better....because President Trump had threatened to work to unseat him and others in the Freedom Caucus....this back in early 2017....after they had the temerity to question his fake Obamacare repeal and replace bill. Jordan must have been a terrific wrestler in his college days....and could probably twist me into a Bavarian pretzel if he had to....but he and Mark Meadows have done nothing but cry uncle since they lost their way.

He wants answers from William Barr....who has until July 27th to adequately explain some of the problematic radactions. If the DOJ cannot come up with satisfactory answers....a face to face meeting will be held on August 17th.
THE MASKS HAVE TO BE HELPING....Even with all the fighting....masks are most everywhere where people are elbow to elbow shopping for anything. RUSH IS EVERY BIT AS BAD AS THEY ARE ON THIS ISSUE....Rush is today focusing on the resignation of a top New York Times editor.....pointing to comments made over a century ago by the NYT that the columns of that newspaper should express all sides of an issue. That's a legitimate point.....and the NYT has departed from their own foundation.....but what Rush Limbaugh fails to see....is that he has every bit as much departed from that concept of legitimate debate that has the NYT! He is as censorial and obstructionist as anyone the entire Left has to offer! He is as I type ranting again on how the Russia probe was an abominable hoax. Folks....I doubt very much if Rush Limbaugh has read even one....even one of the dozens of quality books out there on Donald Trump's decades long relationship with Russians....and he considers himself fair-minded. He might want to be careful what he asks for....for if the Mueller probe....and Trump's Russia business are revisited.....there may not be the redactions as before....Mueller may decide to speak out beyond prosecutorial language....conservatives may get information that they never have....and this time we all may see that the Russian issue was far more than a dossier....and much further expanded in importance than FISA warrants....and we may finally examine....and put two and two together....on why President Trump took Vladimir Putin's side on Russian involvement in the 2016 election....over the entirety of his own intelligence agencies?
Drudge is reporting that Mueller probe prosecutor Andrew Weissmann has a book coming out in September. Also....the controversy surrounding the clemency granted to Roger Stone caused Robert Mueller to put an opinion piece in the Washington Post....which in turn caused Lindsey Graham to say that Mueller will be called again to testify before a Senate committee. This is what we need to hear....the other side of the story....that of the prosecutors.
USS BONHOMME RICHARD....What's In A Name. John Paul Jones named his ship....the USS Bonhomme Richard....in honor of Benjamin Franklin.....and his Poor Richard's Almanac. The distressing news of the day is the fire inside the current USS Bonhomme Richard.....where there has been multiple injuries.....and according to reports.....the mini-carrier....one of only a few.....and very valuable in its military use....may be damaged beyond repair.
JEFF SESSIONS gave a very humble concession speech. We could have used his voice in the Congress in the turmoil that is ahead of us.....someone to apply pressure to the President when he is reckless....which is often. The Alabama native stepped up in August of 2015....and was one of the earliest to support Trump.....this before we knew who Donald Trump was.....before seventy some books and counting that I have read on him. Donald Trump.....as I have mentioned so often in these posts....from knowledge gained in those seventy some books....and watching him for the past three and a half years....is a destroyer....as he is either trying to destroy those who call him out.....or those who ally themselves with him go down in flames from the searing heat of the division that he causes....Jeff Sessions unfortunately....suffered a double-whammy.
