The smallest sample of DNA could be enough to determine the verdict in a jury trial....but if wisdom were detectable as DNA....no evidence of wisdom could ever be tied to Trump.....for he does not have any wisdom....and never has had any wisdom from which a link to him could be established. Street smarts maybe....the art of the deal at times maybe....cold calculating tactics of revenge definitely....but never anything even remotely related to wisdom.
For years we were told that he is playing some kind of multi-dimensional chess....when in reality he plays this game of chess like a beginner....who only sees one move ahead....a beginner who doesn't even know all the rules yet. Case in point....someone somewhere talked someone else somewhere into pushing this challenge to the election. Trump is the prime suspect for its origin because there was not an ounce of wisdom in it....and I say this as one who from day one recognized the tabulating as rigged....because I had seen it occasionally over a half century....but there is no way on this earth that it would be adequately proven in the time that was available....and even if they could strong-arm a reversal in the Congress....America would never accept it without a total meltdown.
It is sad that Ted Cruz fell for this. What he and others should have done is acknowledge that Biden would indeed be inaugurated but the next four years if necessary would be taken to make sure something like this never happens again.....but although this course may have been best for America....it would have been of no use to Donald Trump....so it was never contemplated. All of this that we have experienced as to the siege on the capitol....should never have happened....and demonstrated that Donald Trump cannot see beyond one step ahead. At first he may have thought that the multitude would just make a fuss....and a lot of noise....and give him a boost for 2024....but found out that although he himself just plays with words.....others take them literally....and what's even more troubling is that his comments on Vice President Pence indicate that he was losing any grip on reality that he may have had.
Jeremiah was given a vision that we read about in chapter 24. In it he sees two baskets of figs....one was of 'bad figs' while the other 'good figs.' Nebuchadnezzar had taken defeated captives back to Babylon....a humbling experience....but these would prove to be the 'good' figs....for God would use this to their good and His glory. I submit to you that the evangelicals who have tied themselves to Donald Trump....who utterly refuse to separate themselves from the MAGA vanities that have plagued us....have not made a wise decision....and will continue to lack wisdom and discernment in the very difficult days ahead....both politically with this new administration....and with any and all emergencies that may afflict us....unless they break free from this bondage....and turn our trust back to Jesus Christ....of which our long since failure to do so has brought upon us these many and continuing judgments.
