Twenty-five years ago John MacArthur offered a book free simply by requesting it. The book was Valley Of Vision.....a book of Puritan prayers that was edited by Arthur Bennett. I did not take him up on this offer....but had second thoughts....and went out and bought the book....of which I will be forever thankful.....for I have used those prayers as our dinner prayer since that time....most recently saying one of the prayers in the book before dinner three hours ago. That said....he is offering a book right now....(sorry I found this late)....and only until midnight tonight....(Pacific Time)….for those who have never contacted the ministry before. The book is Christ's Calling To Reform The Church. I purchased this book when it was first published....and posted on it a few times over the years....for it is a wonderful book. Also....I noticed that he is offering Bibles at 25% off. I'd like to recommend one to you....it's the....ESV MacArthur Study Bible....hardback. I bought leather bound Bibles for many years....why....I don't know....maybe because they looked nice....but I found that a hardback is easier to put on your lap and read. It sells for $26.25 I believe. The type is very readable...and that is important! The notes and the helps are very good! This is the Bible that I use....and have been sitting here reading for the last few hours before I took a break and went to gty.org....and found out about the free book.

Well.....he' written another.....maybe his best....that's saying a lot....and I am hoping that this is a sign of what might be to come! The book is Christ's Call To Reform The Church. I devoured it....underlining everywhere. Folks.....we need to concentrate today....right now....on the seven letters to the seven churches of the second and third chapters of Revelation! Friends...pick up the book. You won't be disappointed....and it may be a turning point in your life."
