I'm only halfway kidding here because we do in this American culture of the day know more about the Top 40....than the Bible....and I'm not immune to that....because I could go on and on about that song....song by Roger McGuinn....who played around with Buddhism as a young adult....(as I did with TM)....as many of us did....then a guru gave him advice to change his first name to Roger....eventually on to the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame....and then to the every lasting praise of God....he like you....(hopefully)....and me....was given mercy and grace and faith to believe.....and one last thing...he became a self-proclaimed....Never-Trumper.
So that quote is King Solomon from Ecclesiastes 3....great king and lover of God....gone baby sacrificer....(what a message on wisdom that is to all of us....that wisdom in itself is no guarantee)....a time for this and a time for that and a time for a lot of things....well guess what....this day and age that we live in....is the time to read God's prophetic Word on the Second Coming!!!!!!
In this post let's go again to the eleventh chapter of Daniel....which timewise....is where we are today. Please read verses 29 to 39....over and over again...day after day....until it takes hold of you....or rather the Holy Spirit takes hold of you on this.
I am only going focus here on three verses. Verse 37 tells us that the Antichrist will magnify himself. Ask yourself....what person in this world today....magnifies himself.....more than any other person in this world today....and verse 38 is this....
"He shall honor the god of fortresses instead of these....(the gods of his fathers)....a god whom his fathers did not know he shall honor with gold and silver....with precious stones and costly gifts."
I found the word 'towers' included in the etymology of the word 'fortresses'....but either way....this personage of the Antichrist will indeed have a god....one of power and maybe associated with towers? I'll mention this also....is it not a world famous news story in how Trump changed the whole Oval Office....to revolve around precious gold? And lastly there is the following verse....verse 39a....
"He shall deal with the strongest fortresses with the help of a foreign god...."
I submit to you that Artificial Intelligence....AI....as it is evolving every day....may be that foreign god!
