Tweets Without Thoughts

White House deputy assistant to President Trump Sebastian Gorka said on Breitbart Radio only a few minutes ago that the purpose of announcing that they know that Syria may be preparing for another chemical attack was just that....telling Syria that we have the ability to know what they are doing. White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said that the purpose of our involvement in Syria was to "eliminate" ISIS.... "if however"......the key phrase being...."if however"....."If , however, Mr. Assad conducts another mass murder attack using chemical weapons, he and his military will pay a heavy price." Our ambassador the United Nations, Nikki Haley, 'idioted (aka tweeted)...."Any further attacks done to the people of Syria will be blamed on Assad, but also on Russia & Iran who support him killing his own people."
I submit to you that what the White House is doing here is first and foremost a coordinated and concerted effort to reposition strengths in the Middle East to benefit our foreign policy strategies. There is 0% transparency here! The following is being reported by Fox News as I type...."Several State Department officials involved in coordinating such announcements told the Associated Press they were caught off guard by the warning, which didn't appear to be discussed in advance with other national security agencies....typically, the State Department, the Pentagon and U. S. intelligence agencies wold be consulted before the White House issued such a declaration."
The tweet, as it has come to be known, is too often a reflex action and the antithesis of a measured response. It plays to an American public that gets groggy with more than 140 characters in print. Ann Coulter and Sean Hannity recently found themselves thwacking each other with tweets.
The king in Hamlet knelt to offer a prayer he knew not to be sincere. Upon rising he said: "My words fly up, my thoughts remain below. Words without thoughts never to heaven go." If I might humbly add to that....tweets without thoughts come from below!
