Jonathan Cahn is a messianic rabbi....and prolific author. His first book in 2011....fourteen years ago....was The Harbinger. His premise in the book was acceptable as he used Isaiah 9:10 as the foundation of the book...."The bricks have fallen down....but we will rebuild with hewn stones....the sycamores are cut down....but we will replace them with cedars." The message from God in that verse is that Israel was severely judged....but in defiance of repenting....it was instead determined to rebuild. Cahn likens this to America after 9:11 when instead of repenting....we also were and are determined to rebuild. Fair enough....that is a legitimate analogy to put forth.
Jonathan Cahn then continued with his....analogies....or ancient secrets revealed as he puts it. He wrote one book after another.....I read them all....and each one was progressively worse in its prophetic pronouncements. I mean....it's really bad stuff....and his newest book....The Avatar....is scheduled for release on September 2. If I am still here....I will read it like I read all the other books that he wrote....because that is what I do.....most of the time....I read and research.
I listened to a recent YouTube of Cahn's this morning. He began by saying how the world laughed that Donald Trump said in a meme that he was on a mission from God.
Cahn believes that Trump is indeed on a mission from God. Cahn believes that Trump is doing great things.
I need to segue. I touched on this in a very recent post. The Charismatic Movement is more than a mere aberration of the gospel. I need to be careful choosing my words....it is not of God. All of it....the prosperity gospel....the territorial spiritual warfare....and now the prayer armies and the political association with Trump....is not of God.
The movement is a vast assortment of people who think that are serving and honoring God....but they are not. Possibly they are second to the MAGA people in their influence on Trump escaping responsibility for what happened on January 6....2021....and returning to the White House....but considering that they are dealing with a legitimate supernatural....they may be the main reason that Trump is president again.
Jonathan Cahn is a separate entity....with the same purpose....to promote Trump....just as the evangelicals who defend and support Trump....such as Franklin Graham and Robert Jeffress...are separate entities in what is happening. All of Cahn's ancient secrets about Trump and Jehu....come from somewhere other than God and His Word. Cahn is totally deceived.
Long before Jonathan Cahn....the Bible verse that we evangelicals would recite most as concerning America....was and still is 2 Chronicles 7:14...."If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land."
Here's the problem....we....America....are not and never were God's people! Right now we might be....Babylon.
Something happened to Trump between the day of that 2020 election....and the day of the 2024 election. He is indeed on a mission....as he has come out conquering....and to conquer. There is a power present that has conquered the minds of even evangelicals....and temporarily even the many of the elect....as just about all of the pulpits....even those faithful national ministries....have abdicated from their responsibilities. They were told to warn....by God's Word....but they did not....but then they will....as the winnowing continues.
Today is Independence Day in America. All of that is long gone....but this....July 4, 2025....can be an independence day for you....if you can but bring yourself to see that all of what is happening in America today....in our government and outside of it....is not of God....and ask of Him to open your eyes....to His true glory....and our true weaknesses.
