The following is a rewrite....half of it was posted only a few days ago on my DISPATCHES post....and the rest I'm adding tonight after listening to....well....the following explains itself:
His 2011 book The Harbinger was extraordinarily compelling. It is a warning to America. I took note of this and consequently bought and read all of the books that Jonathan Cahn has written since then. They became increasingly more problematic as the years went on....and in 2022 a movie was made of that 2011 book which in essence was doubling-down on the "extraordinary compelling" themes of the first book. I watched a short 'prophetic' podcast a few evenings ago where Cahn was commenting on Biden's State of the Union address....negatively of course....and rightfully of course....but it continues to become clearer as time goes on that Jonathan Cahn's prophetic ministry is not what it seems to so many!
Consider this....as compelling as The Harbinger was....it was in essence statistical facts and events supposedly proving.....that which....Christians....had already known....for many decades...that God was going to judge America! Cahn wasn't in any way telling us anything that we should not have already known....and from a better source....God's Word. But....the popular book later turned into a film....consecrated an author....Cahn himself....compelling facts notwithstanding....who was unnecessary for Christians who had been reading God's Word....for they already know of the warnings!
So the warnings being legitimate....led to multiple books and supposed mysteries solved....that were not legitimate! You may see where I am going with this? Speaking only of that podcast tonight....he exposed the murder in the aborting of children....(another issue that we have known and rent our clothes of for decades)....but this supposed prophet in Jonathan Cahn....ignored or was ignorant of the equal tragedy of a false prophet in Donald Trump....highlighted by the false prophecies and arrogance in Trump's own 2020 State of the Union address.
Trump led evangelicalism astray....far away from discernment....but Cahn not only missed that....one of his books was instrumental in solidifying Trump's hold on and continued bewitching of evangelicals in America. So tonight....I listened to/watched a "prophetic talk"....only the latest....maybe not even the latest....by Jonathan Cahn. This is my take on the past few years as concerns Cahn....only one take for their are others equally disturbing. Trump's fortunes were on the downswing....particularly after the horror of January 6, 2001....and Cahn was relatively quiet about it....and I don't blame him....for the hero that he predicted in The Paradigm....turned out to be the villain that he truly is. Then....and this is truly amazing....Trump's fortunes change....through Machiavellian means....and now Trump is the presumed nominee....running against a feeble old man....and Jonathan Cahn....on Jehu and Trump....is bold once again! The sheep recognize the voice of the shepherd.....I for one do not recognize this voice as anything that I have come to know from the very Word of God.
Note: You can easily listen to the talk that I mentioned.....Jonathan Cahn's Earth Shaking 2024 Prophecy....but I would advise you to pray in advance....and during.....for it is....in my opinion....frightening....in its arrogance....and by the reactions to the people in the audience....potentially terrifying in what delusions might be ahead.
